Profile:

Andriy is financial and economic advisor. He specializes in financial statements, mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, corporate finance, financial performance analysis, investment projects appraisal, entity/assets valuations, cash flow analysis, financial planning and budgeting, KPI-analysis of the financial statements. His professional experience also includes International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Ukrainian National Accounting Standards (NAS), and International Standards on Auditing (ISA). Andriy worked in audit departments of Big 4 (CJSC KPMG Audit, PJSC Deloitte and Touche USC, AF PricewaterhouseCoopers (Audit) LLC) and in M&A department of LLC Baker Tilly Ukraine.

Experience:

  • Evaluated technical issues: financial performance analysis, cash flow models, IFRS adjustments, as well as managed the audit process, audit planning, business processes analysis, defining audit strategy at PricewaterhouseCoopers
  • Performed M&A financial due diligence, as well as M&A risk assessment, valuated acquisition targets and developed financial strategies and deal structuring at Baker Tilly Ukraine
  • Managed projects using SAP management information system, including managing customers, contracts and projects, performed strategic business analysis, identification of audit risks and  assessment of internal control systems at Deloitte and Touche
  • Obtained experience in the area of business financing and attraction of funds: IPO, Eurobonds, financing from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), EBRD, the World Bank at KPMG.
