Andriy Mykytiv has over 13 years of professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy and organization of major international sports events. His consulting work includes projects in commercial & financial due diligence, business process improvement, business valuation, organizational restructuring for private sector, international organizations and non-government organizations. In 2007-2012 he was responsible for operational and technical preparation of Ukrainian stadiums for UEFA EURO 2012 football tournament. Over the last years, Andriy has led strategic planning and corporate strategy development for the leading Ukrainian nonwovens producer.


  • Set up strategic planning process, developed corporate strategy and responsible for oversight of its implementation at leading Ukrainian nonwovens manufacturer.
  • Operational delivery of the following projects at UEFA EURO-2012: Venue Management, Safety and Security, Technical Services, and Ceremonies.
  • Participated in development of corporate strategy for a national oil & gas company.
  • Participated in development of corporate financial and forecasting model for a leading Ukrainian energy producer.
  • Performed business valuation of several metallurgical plants and steel tubes producers.
  • Developed a concept for the development of Kyiv city (first campaign of the current city mayor).
  • Commercial due diligence of the leading Ukrainian pharmaceuticals distributor.
