Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct

OVERVIEW

Advance Development Consulting LLC (the “Firm”) has adopted the following Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct (the “Code”).

Ethics plays an important role in all our activities.  Our Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct promotes management position regarding ethical behavior, possible conflicts of interest, confidentiality of information, and other.  The Code is to be applied to all Members of the Firm (owners, employees, independent experts).

 

POLICY

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Each Member of the Firm conducts business activity in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and governmental regulations.

We ensure that all transactions are properly recorded and all books and records are accurate and complete.

 

Business Conduct

Fair business practices

We respect competition and compete fairly.  Members of the Firm are not involved in and do not encourage bribery, price fixing, kickbacks, collusion, information tipping, or any related practice that might be, or give the appearance of being illegal or unethical.

The Firm obtains external information only in legal and ethical way in accordance with fair industry practice, authorized channels or availability to public.

We do not disclose confidential information or make any statements or comments to outside parties which could be deceptive, untrue or misleading.

Our prices reflect quality services we provide and responsibilities we take. Our prices are considered to be fair and reasonable.

Fulfilling obligations to Clients

We exercise professionalism in everything we do.  Working with our Clients we follow the policy to provide full, fair, independent, accurate, high quality, timely services.  Commitment to quality operates at all levels of organization.  We are responsible for the quality service, devotion to our business principles, and fulfillment of obligations.

Confidentiality

The Members of the Firm while their work have access to significant amounts of Client’s information that should not be available to the public.  We treat information about our Firm and our Clients as valuable asset and thoroughly protect it from loss, illegal disclosure or misuse.

Confidential information includes:

  • Strategic information
  • Price lists
  • Customer lists
  • Patents
  • Marketing information
  • Financial information
  • Business practices, processes, products and equipment

Confidential information is not disclosed without written Client permission:

  • To anyone outside the Firm
  • To anyone within the Firm unless there is a legal or professional right or duty to disclose
  • To anyone within the Client’s organization without a need to know

Confidential information may be disclosed to law enforcement or other government bodies/agencies, or third parties where necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or requests. In this case, the Party, whose information will be disclosed, should be informed about such action.

Proprietary or confidential information about our Clients, our Firm, or other parties, which has been gained through employment with (or during the cooperation with) Advanced Development Consulting, shall not be used for personal advantage or for the benefit of third parties.

Professional behavior

We understand the impact that each Member of the Firm has on our Clients, colleagues and society.

Our reputation depends on our people.  We avoid any action that may discredit our Firm, our Client or our employees. We treat all people with respect and fairness.

Competence

We are convicted that our Clients expect from our work and services high personal and professional standards.  We exercise professionalism in everything we do.  We strive to be known as an example of outstanding quality.

We do care that the competences of our employees and experts correspond with the needs of our Clients and tasks they set.

Independence and objectivity

Members of the Firm are straight forward and honest in their professional behavior.

Our policy guides us to be independent, objective and honest while expressing our opinion and providing advises to our Clients.  The Firm provides consulting services organizationally and contractually independent of any other company or organization.

Conflict of interests

Any circumstances that cause a conflict between the personal interest of individual, the Firm and Clients should be considered as a conflict of interests and is strictly prohibited.

 

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Each Member of the Firm will be presented with a copy of the Code and will be asked to sign a form acknowledging that he or she has read, understood, and complied with the Code.  The Firm will retain the signed statement in the individual’s personal file.
