Retail sales in Ukraine decrease decline rate to 21.4% in November

In Ukraine (not considering the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crime, Sevastopol and the part of ATO zone) the retail turnover in January – November 2015 made up UAH 918 billion 376.3 mln, which is by 21.4% less that these indicators of the same period of 2014, as it is stated by the State Statistics Service, RBC-Ukraine reports.

As per results of 10 months the drop in retail sales in Ukraine made up 21.7%. Therefore, for September Ukraine recovered losses by 0.3 of the percentage point.

In the meantime the retail sales volume of companies, conducting retail sales business, for the reporting period, made up UAH 430 billion 858.3 mln, which is by 21.9% less than these indicators for 11 months of 2014. Out of them in November – UAH 42 billion 178.5 mln (-16.4% versus previous November and -3.9% versus October 2015).

Meanwhile, the wholesale sales turnover of companies for 11 months made up UAH 1 trillion 70 billion 566.9 mln, which is by 13.3% less than these indicators of the same period of the previous year.
